Kinds of components within the switchgear is complicated, the number is more, but overall it is some protection components such as circuit breaker, so in this part inspection of components, should pay attention to the following points: first, the number of components, types of inventory, ensure the material is complete, then according to the specific requirements of the design. Look at the drawings on components, types and number of compliance with the standard. Must be promptly replaced, the insufficient number of timely completion of the wrong type. Second, in strict accordance with the relevant operation process for the installation of components, to ensure that the installation position and installation of components are in line with the standard, while ensuring that the components connected to the conductor as flat and straight as possible, to avoid overlapping lines, cross. Third, reasonable arrangement of components and components, components and cabinet space distance between, not only to prevent the distance is too large, connecting wire distance is too long, increase the line fault probability; also to prevent the distance is too small, the operation is not convenient.
